RACE kits

Race Kits. We will all race in our team “kit” (fancy bike term for uniform). We also encourage our team to wear these to weekend practices. Coaches and riders all ride in our kits and we’re required to have them on the race course during races and pre-rides. If you still have your kit from last season and it fits, that’s great because we are using the same design this year. We were able to get a much better pricing structure from Primal (last year we used Louis Garneau). Ordering our kits on time is critical so that they arrive prior to the time trial race in February. In order to do so, we are setting up a “team store” through Primal that should go live on 11/28. We will need to have everyone place their order before the store closes on 12/6. Last year it was a bit of a scramble to check sizing and place the order, so this year we wanted to get ahead on the sizing conversation to make it a lot easier once the store opens…

So, this weekend, we’re encouraging all riders and coaches to bring their kits from last year (with both jersey options if you have them) for new riders to try on. We will also bring sizing information so that anyone who wants to be measured can do so.
